I retired from law enforcement after a 24-year career in Southern California and moved my family to beautiful North Idaho.
I was soon bit by the real estate bug, earned my real estate license in both Idaho and Washington, and have dedicated my time to my second career and passion, finding the right home for my clients.
In my desire to learn more and to better serve my clients, I have earned the following designations,
RSPS – Resort and Secondary Property Specialist. The education I received from this will benefit my clients searching for a second or vacation home in a resort area, as well as income property;
MRP – Military Relocation Specialist. The MRP certification process enabled me to be more knowledgeable when working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support. I feel this designation is an honor to possess and I always feel grateful to work with active duty military, veterans, and their families.
GRI – Graduate, Realtor Institute - with this designation, I have pursued additional knowledge and skills to help guide you through any real estate transaction smoothly and easily. Whether buying or selling, I am committed to providing you the best professional service.
